Had some Salmon tonight:

I usually rub it down with a little butter, and season it with this stuff:

Then I put it in a skillet and sear both sides.  Once that's done, I take the whole skillet and stick it in the oven @ 350 until it's done.  Be careful not to burn yourself when you take it out though.  I have several scars...  It should look like this:
